I wonder if I’m overthinking my diet.  Of course, its good to plan and the execute the plan, but do I set myself up for failure by stressing out.  There are so many other factors that contribute to weight and and overall health.   My goal is not to diet for the rest of my life, but to live a healthy lifestyle.  Constant stress can effect the results I am trying to achieve. Are we only successful if we lose…I think there is a measure of success when we gain as well.  It is then that we can analyze and adjust to get back on track.  We still have our goal in sight.  Even if its a great distance away, we know where it is, so we know where we are going. 

Happiness is not a product of weight loss, but of a healthy mind…let’s fix our mind and maintain our healthy bodies…
